- Manages the distribution of assignments and calls to technicians and engineers.
- Manages own and others' workload; diagnoses and fixes complex issues of end-user systems
- Keeps up-to-date on new technological developments of relevant systems
- Develops new and modified equipment to enhance equipment efficiency for current and future requirements.
- Contributes to the body of knowledge in the area of Electronic / Electrical Engineering.
- Ensures compliance with the service levels pertaining to end-user support.
- Maintains a high energy level of self and team and ensures end user satisfaction by resolving their issues up to the expected level.
- Monitors customer calls, clearly specifying progress and resolution details.
- Maintain accurate project records and monitor equipment performance, notifying engineers of recurring issues.
- Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed,
- Operational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and broader operational scope.
- Update site material requirements to the Project/Operations Manager/Material Coordinator
- Escalates site technical issues to the manufacturers in coordination with the Project Manager/Technical Manager
- Possess sufficient knowledge and skills for value engineering and providing cost-effective solutions
- Provides training, develops skills, deepens learning, and improves the performance of the team and peers.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field OR 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Experience: 8+ years’ experience in the relevant field
