Presales Engineer-Lighting

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create pre-sales documents such as B.0.Q, quotations, technical submittals, etc.

• Design lighting schemes by using DIALUX and other necessary software

• Communicate with Sales Engineers/ Sr. Sales Engineers to prepare tech no-commercial offers

• Coordinate with contractors at site to fulfil customer's requirement pertaining to engineering and design issue - ensure that the client's project requirements are met.

• Coordinate with suppliers/ manufactures for product pricing and maintain updated price list

• Handle all levels of communication with affiliates and clients through phone calls and email that answer different kinds of queries about the product and services

• Maintain the project filing system and control all confidential documents

• Work with the sales team to propose, design and completely new projects/ opportunities

• Generate sales orders based on LPO and prepare proforma invoice

• Prepare O & M Manual and necessary documents as per project requirement

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience - 3 to 5 Years Experience in Lighting, Light Fitting Design & Estimation
